Payment Policy
To secure your service booking, a valid credit card is required for confirmation. Your card will not be charged until services are completed. An invoice will be provided post-service.
Payment is due within 48 hours of completed services. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other online payment options. If payment or communication is not received, the card on file may be charged automatically, including a 3.5% processing fee. Declined payments may incur a 1% late fee for each 30-day period beyond the initial 72 hours.
Customer Satisfaction Policy
Condo Clean offers a 24-hour satisfaction review. If you are not satisfied with any service, contact us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue promptly. We recommend that a representative is present for a walkthrough to verify satisfaction.
Services must meet the original quote and agreed scope. We do not issue refunds but will correct any issues that fall within the agreed service.
Service Pricing and Timing Policy
Pricing is determined by the type of cleaning, building size, common area count, and service complexity. Standard flat rates apply for typical conditions.
Time Limits: Each service has an expected time cap. If a property is in worse-than-average condition, additional time may be required. Additional work will only be performed after client approval.
We commit to transparent communication regarding time adjustments and associated costs to maintain service quality.
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
A 48 business-hour notice is required for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations may incur a fee depending on service type.
Appointments reserved are held for the client. If service is canceled or the team is unable to access the property with less than 48 hours’ notice, fees may apply. We appreciate advance notice to maintain scheduling and service reliability.
Utility and Access Requirements
Essential utilities such as water, electricity, and safe working conditions must be available. Service areas must be accessible and free from obstructions or hazards.
Temperatures should remain between 65°F and 76°F to allow safe working conditions. Failure to meet these requirements may result in service rescheduling or additional fees.
Lockouts and Arrival Policy
If entry is not provided at the scheduled time, a fee of 50% of the service cost may apply. We aim to arrive on time but ask for flexibility due to factors beyond our control such as traffic or prior engagements.
Inclement Weather & High-Risk Area Policy
Service may be rescheduled during severe weather conditions to ensure staff safety. High or hard-to-reach areas may have limitations based on safety policies.
Biohazard and Confidential Material Policy
Condo Clean cannot handle biohazardous materials or potentially illegal substances. Areas containing these materials may be excluded from service. Clients must secure confidential or sensitive items before service.
Recurring Services Policy
Recurring clients receive priority scheduling and discounted rates. Multiple cancellations may affect pricing and service timing. Prices are subject to annual review based on labor, supply, and inflation adjustments, with prior notice provided.
Privacy Policy

Your information is used to provide services, respond to inquiries, process payments, and improve operations. We may also communicate updates and promotions unless you opt-out.
